This is a Robe of Stars per the rules, but with some modifications as follows:

• The robe also functions as a Cube of Force with modified effects.
• Maximum of 15 charges
• Regains 1d6 charges daily at dawn
• Wearer can simply choose an effect instead of pressing a specific side of the cube
• Using the robe’s action to enter or exit the Astral Plane causes the Cube-of-Force effect to be as if Face 6 was automatically pressed, deactivating the barrier.
• if the Robe senses its impending doom, it can choose to allow immediate attunement and will alert the (new) wearer of its cube-of-force effect via telepathy. However, the robe itself is not sentient per the rules.
